This year, the Odisha Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination 2025 will be held to fill 1,576 vacancies. These posts include Auditor, Assistant, Inspector of Endowments and Co-operative Societies, Junior Assistant, and several other positions in different government departments.


OSSC CGL 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Recruitment Exam 2025, candidates must meet the eligibility rules that are expected to be mentioned in the OSSC CGL Notification 2025.
General Eligibility
Candidates must know Odia language. They should be able to read, write, and speak Odia properly. Along with this, candidates must meet any one of the following conditions:
- Passed the Middle School Exam with Odia as a subject, or
- Passed the HSC exam where Odia was the medium of instruction (except language subjects), or
- Passed Odia as a subject in Class 7 or higher from a school recognized by the Odisha government, or
- Passed an Odia language test of Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed graduation from a recognized university. They should also have basic computer knowledge, such as using a computer, internet, email, word processing, data handling, and presentations.

OSSC CGL 2026 Selection Process

Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination

OSSC CGL 2026 Salary
Under the OSSC CGL Recruitment 2026, candidates selected for different posts will get a salary as per Pay Level 9 and Pay Level 4 of ORSP, 2017. Most of the Group C posts, including Junior Assistant (HOD), come under Pay Level 4. The salary for these posts ranges from Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200 per month.
